We want you to love your purchase from Paws N Purrs Pets! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. If you experience an issue accessing your files or notice an error, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized products (such as custom artwork or name-specific items) are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
Physical Products
If you're not satisfied with a physical item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- You must contact us first to initiate the return process
- Returns must be shipped back at your own expense
- Please include your order number when requesting a return
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 5 business days of receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@pawsnpurrspets.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
To Start a Return
Email us at info@pawsnpurrspets.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping address.
